We are new to the area so when I found a dry cleaners and alterations business near our home, I was excited. On first visit, I explained how my husband and I prefer our clothes to be handled - starch, pressing, etc. Upon return to pick up our first cleaning, the clothes were wrinkled and the collars to my blouses were pressed down the front not around the collar. I was told first that she didn't know how to explain what I wanted on the ticket; and, then that this location was the last drop of the day so every other article of clothing was jammed into the van for delivery.



On this same visit, I requested that a bedskirt be hemmed and then dry cleaned. I was told that it would be ready in a few days. 7 days later, the bedskirt could not be located and was asked to return in another four days. I waited five and still no bedskirt could be found. When located, I was asked if I needed it that day. Like an idiot I said no but would like first thing the next morning. The lady said to wait until after 10:30am...I waited until 11:30am to pick up. And, no bedskirt. I was then asked to return in 3 hours. Well, three hours has not passed but I can promise that I will never use this facility again. Worse experience ever dealing with drycleaning professionals.
