The customer service from the lady at the front desk is excellent. Every time my son has stayed there, she always has a smile and gives a warm welcome back greeting! Rooms are clean every time with Continental breakfast and available vending machines. Staff is always friendly and is willing to go above and beyond with everything.

Always there with smiling faces. Very professional. I enjoy staying here when coming through on business.

Spent two nights there at the end of my last missionary bike tour. The room was pretty good. Flat screen tv and good wifi. Breakfast was okay. There is a Burger King within walking distance.

Clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this motel to friends and family and I would stay here again.

I was greeted kindly and Juanita took care of. I was offered a new room. Paris was helpful as well & kind. The location is in the right spot so people can get a room to relax after traveling for a while. I slept like a baby to the point I had forgot that I was away from home. Peacefully indeed. They were in the middle of renovation but stopped working so others can relax.

This super 8 I have stayed 2nd time... I see change ever time I go there. The manager is very helpful... Also there was no shooting at this place and there is a security in the property that other motel don't have... I feel safe I travel for my business.. I feel home... Also they have camara system in the property.

The room was great for the price. Easy to get to for us from the Armour Rd. The room and the eating area appeared to be clean.

We were in Columbus, GA recently to attend our son's Army Airborne graduation. We were on a tight budget, but wanted a nice motel room with two queen beds. I searched the internet and most hotels offered either double's or a king bed in the room. We had always been pleased with our local Super 8 so when I found they offered rooms with two queen beds for a great price I snapped it up. The staff was professional and helpful, the service was great, the housekeeping department was excellent! They have a great laundry room with snack machines and tables. The beds left a little to be desired (and could stand to be replaced) and they did not have a swimming pool, but other than that it was great! They are right next door to a great restaurant, and also very close to the mall. If you're on a budget I would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my recent stay at the Super 8! They are currently renovating the rooms for a more updated look and comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Juanita. I would recommend staying to friends and family.

Thank you to the wonderful staff of the Columbus, GA site! They made our stay feel like we were right at home! We were in town for my sons Basic Training Graduation and having such a warm welcome for us and our Soldier was so appreciated!! The two women who ran the front desk during the day were amazing!! We have already booked our room for the end of May for our Soldiers Infantry graduation!! Can't wait to return! Thank you for.a great stay!

This hotel was clean, VERY comfortable, and secure. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel for the evening, as we tarryed to long on our way to Charleston, SC and really needed to stay the night. As I was filling up the gas tank, there across the highway was the Super 8 sign.I called reservations and booked their last room. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient and we were in a nice clean room quickly. Our beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked great (yes A/C in Feb), and the next morning we were very well rested. The check-out was quick and i would definitley stay here again.
