When they are busy, don't bother calling the store. they will either let the phone ring off the hook or pick it up, then hang it right back up. Immature and bad business! I ended up getting my books from The Book House instead.

Took too long to order my book and never kept me posted on where my book was or even when it was delivered to their store.
