I’ve been here twice so far and each time I came the staff was always polite, professional, and punctual. Blake cuts my hair and he is exceptional because I came in with alopecia spots throughout my head. I was embarrassed as a femalr. Blake made me feel at ease and my haircut to baldness didn’t seem so bad. The whole staff was friendly and I am grateful to have the Nappy Root and I plan to be a loyal customer for quite some time, these barbers are the truth...

I've been sitting here for two hours! These fools keep letting their homies in front of the rest of their customers. This is a "hang out" more than a barbershop. I pay for a cut not to hear fools jackin jaws with every customer that comes through the door! Never again.....unless you have a long block of time to waste waiting on a hair cut go somewhere else
