Cheryl and Lonn Stuckwish created a reputation of quality, integrity and the highest standards of business ethics. In 1987 they purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise, which the company operated under until 2011. By 1990, they were Jackson County’s #1 Real Estate Company and continue to be today. In 1998, the Stuckwish’s purchased a Coldwell Banker office in Columbus, expanding their market area along the I-65 corridor of South Central Indiana. This growth led them to be recognized as one of the Nation’s Top 500 Companies by REAL Trends. In May 2011, the company made a bold move changing to a Prudential Real Estate franchise, allowing them to offer great marketing and relocation services.
