I book a trip with this travel agency 2 yrs ago for spring break. We had issues with the agency then when 2 agents were fighting to the point we could hear them over who was going to get this sale. Me thinking well 2 yrs has passed, I'll try them again. I just called and spoke with an agent name Joyce who was so rude I couldn't believe it. I told her that I wanted to plan a family beach vacation for Spring Break and the first thing she said well most of those vacations are sold out. I've spent the last 2 weeks searching online and I know that this is not the case. When I explained to to her that I have researched it and I pretty much knew what I wanted and told her my price range, she actually laughed. I was in total disbelief of how unprofessional she was. I ask if she could not get the same rates as expedia or other travel sites. She said no and just hung up on me. I hope that she is not the owner and if she is not...To the owner, I would be finding someone else because I will never use your agency again.
