I think the term fast food at ...

I think the term fast food at the drive thru or just the term fast food says it all ! you do not get your way at this location for sure, turnoover of employees is constant so then inturn you have to retrain these individuals which takes more time for you to get your order straight or screwed up completely! overall quality of food served is mediocre at best, service is just to darn slow period. there are other locations to go to with quicker service.
