I started my business with one simple goal; to provide dependable, honest service to my clients at a fair price. In the same way that you have a plumber, an electrician or a mechanic that you know you can trust, I want to be the technology guy that you know you can trust.

Experience: I have been working in the Information Technology industry for 25 years.

Local Business: When you call me, you are calling a neighbor. You are not calling a faceless helpdesk half way around the world.

Plain English: English is the only language I know. I don’t even use “geek speak.” We will talk in clear, simple, Hoosier English.

Quick Response: Since I am here in Columbus, I can usually be at your home the same day you call.

Reasonable Rates: Since I have very little overhead, I can charge a lot less than the big guys. My rate is $50.00 per hour and estimates are always free. I also offer several services at a flat rate.

No Surprises: I offer free over-the-phone estimates and binding written estimates before I start any job.
