I was assigned this contractor through Task Easy. I was supposed to receive services from Crystal Clear initially on April 16. The contractor was a no show. I called Task Easy for a reschedule and was scheduled for April 19. Again the contractor was a no show. TaskEasy reached out to him and he did not respond to them. The task was rescheduled for April 23 and again the task was not performed. I received a call from a Crystal Clear Representative (Julio) and was assured that the task would be performed April 25. This did not happen. I called TaskEasy to find out that Willie Guinn of Crystal Clear Enterprises, LLC of Columbus MS wanted an overgrowth fee. Task Easy has escalated this to Executive Management. They feel that the contractor does not deserve an overgrowth fee. I initially attempted to schedule this lawn care task on April 5, 2018. It is now April 25, 2018 and the task has not been performed. This is unacceptable. I am going to advocate that Crystal Clear Enterprises, LLC of Columbus MS be taken off the TaskEasy list of contractors. Task Easy reps have been very apologetic and are pushing this incident forward. If I could rate a minus or negative 100 I would.
