It is my opinion that this Mc Donald's has some major issues:



1. This location has problems with Roaches

2. This location is NOT organized

3. Owner(s) seem to have this Mc Donald's only for the money and has problems maintaining their store

4. Food Quality is below standard

5. Management seems to forget they are in the people business and that means being respectful to their crew as well.



I've visited this located several times and it always seems this location has problems with their equipment, Speed Of Service, and most of lack of respect toward their employee's. What makes you think your crew is going to perform for you if you're standing over them yelling?



It's also my opinion that the owner(s) of this location needs to clean house and put people in the position that actually care as it seems the management is too relaxed in their position. Owner(s) need to fix their equipment which hurts the speed of service especially the Location on Alabama street. You CANNOT get product out fast enough when your equipment is broke! Fix your equipment or sell the properties...

This has got to be the slowest McDonalds in the south. It is consistently slow, not just a one time experience. I don't understand it, they have plenty of people working, the place is relatively clean, but I have eaten at steak houses and ate quicker than this place.
