I had an appointment Friday 1/27 at noon. I didn't receive a reminder that week about the appointment so I called Friday morning when they opened to make sure I still had my appointment at noon. They said they tried to reach me to confirm the appointment that week (I didn't have a missed call or voicemail from them) and since I didn't confirm they gave my appointment to someone else. I have 3 kids 3 and under and had childcare lined up already so it is really disappointing that they just cancelled my appointment without speaking to me. We will be changing dentists.

Dr. Smith is one very disappointing dentist and has a LONG way to go when it comes to dealing with his own employees. He is VERY cocky and has zero ability to deal with a patient when it comes to following proper billing procedures that his billing department operates by!!
