My business partner took her laptop and my printer into Carolina Computer Solutions in order to sync them together. One of the employees told me “a ink cartridge blew up on me in your printer. I cleaned it out but now your printer won't stay on.”I was told by the employee that he would fix it. I was told by the owner that it would be handled to my satisfaction. Here's how they handled it. They handed me back a printer that will no longer cut on at all. Now I have to go buy new printer. I can say with certainty that I am 100% NOT satisfied.

Great service and price. They always went way beyond expectations and even pointed me in the right direction a few times when I needed a solution that day at no extra charge.

I've been dealing with this company for a long time, they've never disappointed me!



My most recent experience with them: While on a job my computer started to freeze, I was out of town at the time and I've had such bad luck with other computer repair shops I decided to wait till I got home for them to take a look. Within a day they had an answer for me as well as options for me to get my computer going again! (I had dropped my laptop a few days prior to going out of town, that damaged my HDD inside of my computer and it was quickly failing).



On their recommendation I decided to replace my failing HDD with a Solid State, it was a decision I do not regret. Not only is my computer faster than when I first bought it, the new drive is shockproof which I obviously need :)



End all, I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. They are local and professional, I couldn't ask for more..
