I have been going to this salon since it opened. The young lady that does my nails is very good But as for the management.it is terrible they are very rude I had an appt but someone erased it and put a mother lady in my place. Needless to say one of us had to come back at another time. If my nail tech goes.I will follow her

Every good nail technician that I've had at H&M has left. Makes me think the management must treat them poorly. I don't think the owner understands the value of a great employee. I loved my tech and I will miss her. I'm taking my business elsewhere where the atmosphere is more positive.

I am a regular at this salon, I find them nice, efficient and professional. I am not one for chatting or finding out the story of their life, so I am happy with their service.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Seems like a nice fancy place, but they ARE rude, and don't know what they are doing!!! Been there a few times, and will not go back! Went for mother/daughter mani/pedi before my daughter's wedding and they separated us the whole time and didn't receive any special treatment for sure. My tech missed several procedures on my nails... I had to tell her what to do!!!! Also, while I was there, they spent half the time talking about unsatisfied customers!!! Certainly not a good sign. They don't even deserve 1 star

I had a very similar situation happen to me just last week (Sept 2013). I tried to be nice and let someone go ahead of me, but I was told very rudely by the owner that he was the boss and was in charge of who was next in line. He was also rude to another customer and I later heard him complaining about her to a different customer. I should have left when it happened...definitely will never go back!!! Only gave it 1 star b/c it wouldn't accept the review with no stars.

I was waiting patiently for my refill pedi and eyebrow wax when a young girl told me she had to get her hair done for prom. I offered for her to get her pedi done before me as I had no where to be. The guy- I assume the owner got all mad and said no and I said she has prom. She can go first I will wait.



Then I asked how long it would be for me and he laughed in my face. He said. You don't take your turn and now you ask how long?? I said.. Yes I'm only asking because I will either wait here or walk Down nd get lunch. He just laughed at me and then say something in his language and others laughed too.



The ONLY reasoni came back here was because someone gave me a gift card. I've been here before and they were just as rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting a good experience.
