We had our carpets cleaned by Above & Beyond Carpet Cleaning and they did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Every one was friendly and professional. They did a great job! Not one spot they removed has returned! Even if it would have they would come back out if need be. I would and have recommended to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

We had decided to try Above & Beyond Carpet Cleaning due to a special they were running in a local mailer. In calling to reserve a time, I was put on hold numerous times, but finally set up my time for today, Monday, July 15. I spoke to the owner directly who recommended that I choose the time range of 3-5pm because the cleaner would be here close to 430pm, which would lead to less interruptions in my day. After completely prepping the house and moving furniture out of 6 rooms, I receive a call at 430pm saying they would be running late and would be close to 6pm until they arrived. I expressed my discontent, but realizing people run late, I understood. Then at 615pm I receive a call saying that they would no longer be able to clean tonight and suggested I reschedule to Wednesday. Mind you, my house has furniture in every which room and has been completely prepped and they recommend a time 48 hours later then I was scheduled. Completely unsatisfactory and dissappointing. I, as a homeowner, count on quality companies to provide services and have been completely let down by Above and Beyond. They not only cancelled after they were already two hours late, but then no apology, no "first thing tomorow" make up, no nothing. Completely unacceptable and I highly recommend you find another service provider.

DON'T USE IT!

I scheduled a carpet cleaning service for a sunday morning 10 am, I spent 3 hours of my Saturday to take everything of the floor and carried stuff to our storage; SUNDAY NOBODY SHOWED UP!!!! So angry and disappointed since I scheduled it a month a ago and confirmed it 1 day ago. We decided to rent a carpet cleaning machine before putting the furniture back on the floor and saved some money.

Save yourself some time and money and dont call them!

I just wanted to write as Glowing a review as possible for this Up and Coming Company! You can really tell just how important customer service is to them! We had Stanley Steamer come in to our home last Summer and Master Clean came 4 months after that. Neither one of these HUGE Companies did half the job that Above & Beyond did! Our house looks ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS! The price was right and Ryan (the name of the Technician) was Awesome! He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and he was very cool, easy to be around and did an AWESOME JOB!!! Thank you so much for your service, for a job well done, and for being a company we can count on in the future! Thanks Again and God Bless!!

We did a walk through before and after cleaning and I must say I am completely satisfied with service I received! My technician made sure I completely understood the process and thoroughly explained stain removal system and cost!! I even received a discount for being a Military Mom! proud to say Above and Beyond definitely went above and beyond!!

My experience with this company was amazing! The receptionist is very friendly and my technician was great! He got down and got my koolaide stain out and not only do my carpets look nEw they also smell good!! They have my vote and I will refer my family and friends!
