I have been shopping at this location and the Bethel Rd store for years and have purchased several pieces of unique and beautiful silver jewelry from them. However today, 6-10-10 I stopped at the Polaris location to see .what was new. I have never been treated so rudely. I stood at the counter for several minutes patiently waiting for the salesgirl to get off the phone,. The next thing I know she is greeting new customers as they came in the store and when I spoke out she replied with much attitude "he could have helped you" referring to a young man standing behind the counter. Not only did this person not speak up or come forward but they both looked at me as though I was disturbing them,. I asked to see a tray of rings and her attitude was so rude I told her never mind I would come back when she was not working. Actually I may not go back to this store at all.
