Had an appointment at 9:30. Because of traffic, we were running a little late. We called and the receptionist was very rude to my wife. She told us if we got there within 15 minutes after our appointment, they would still take us. We walked into the shop at 9:41. The receptionist was in the restroom and when she came out, it was 9:46. Since we were now a minute late, they refused to take us. The receptionist felt it was also appropriate to mock us that she could not have been in the restroom "that long". The man she got to talk to us proceeded to tell us he wouldnt take us since the next 2 appointments were already there. If the rude receptionist had told us on the phone they wouldnt have taken us, we would have rescheduled and come back another day. Do not tell a customer to be there by a certain time and then reject them when they abide by your rules. Definitely will be going elsewhere.
