I showed up 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and they started on it right away. Nice waiting area and they were fast and courteous. Vacuumed my vehicle out when they finished . I will refer this place to anyone needing a winshield replaced.

Windshield shattered at 830am, new one installed by 130pm...can't get any better then that...not only were they fast and professional, but they did a fantastic job...

Best price in town! Great service in about an hour. Everyone in the office and shop was super nice. Going with Safelite would have cost me 25% more. I highly recommend going with Auto Glass Now if you need any glass for your vehicle.

No sign saying "office or glass masters" only Tru form body shop. Finally found the office and a young guy was on the phone "BSing" with a friend and totally ignored me. I turned and walked out thinking he would say something like "can i help you" but nothing. I left and then called since i had used this company many times before. When I called the same guy that was on the phone answered. I said that i was just there and the guy did not get off the phone to help me or even ask if he could help me. He said " You were only here a second so i wanted to finish my conversation" Then basically the attitude was so don't come back we don't care. I hung up and deleted their number from my phone and will NEVER return and will be the worse word of mouth advertising for them that I can possibly be.

I am stayed at home mom of 5 kids. Our schedules are very hectic so there for when I have a problem I need a resolution quickly. My husband had already brought our car in for a windshield replace about a month ago to Glass Masters. It had a crack there for we were covered by the warranty in the back. I took in my vehicle and they repaired it at no cost to me. I must say how great the personnel is. My kids aren't little angels and they do bug a lot but seemed more enjoyed by the kids than annoyed. In less than 2hrs I was back in the road with my hectic kids and life. They are really great!!! Very pleased with their services.
