Absolutely Horrible after using the service the day before n asking about the quick n timely need for the next morning I was told to call about 30minutes ahead...I called 4:45am was told 20mins waited about 35 called back was told 20mins again rudely n to be patient. . its now 8:15am no cab no Anwar I gave up.. Even explaining my desperate need to get to work. NEVER CAME OR CALLED...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!

Don't Judge By Race

My daughter was in the cab when someone slammed into your cab, she was hurt very badly but the cab driver was hurt even worse, but he was more concerned about my daughter than he was himself. He stayed right by her side until the emergency squad got there, I'm so sick of people putting down someone from other countries, they have the same rights we do, there are good and bad in every culture don't judge people by their race but individualy, in which they treat you. God Bless You All! And I mean every culture!

Here's what I have to say about this company overall. It makes my work day ridiculously more difficult.



Now, in detail:



I am employed at a Business on the West Side of Columbus, OH, I am a member of the security team for that establishment.



Your Bobcat Drive who drives cab #059 has caused not one, but two separate instances in the last week in which a heavily intoxicated patron, ejected from my business for intoxication, which by law we are obligated to get them a cab (Under current "Dram Shop" laws which make us liable if they stay), has been dropped right back off onto our doorstep.



Tonight, a patron attempted to enter our business heavily intoxicated to the point where he was DANGEROUS behind the wheel of a vehicle. He couldn't even stand or speak correctly. We placed him in cab #059, who said he'd be removed off property. Not more than an hour or so later, cab #059 returns, with that patron. And drops him off on the main entrance.



We then escort him out AGAIN. And put him back in cab #059, who was of course eager to assist us...NOT. Moments later, I pursued this cab off property in a security vehicle, witnessed the driver stop at a gas station across the street, and not even FIVE MINUTES LATER returned, but not to our front door. No, no no. instead, he dropped the patron off on top of our parking garage, RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS OWN TRUCK. This driver HAD to know this man was heavily intoxicated, and willingly allowed this man to pilot his own vehicle off premises. This is incredibly unethical. I understand that he was "doing his job" and cannot force him to stay, however, he should call the Police and flag his license plate number, this man was a danger to himself and all others on the road around him, which was precisely why we trusted your cab company to help alleviate us of the liability of him.



Obviously your driver does not understand this. Your dispatcher I called and attempted to complain to about this incident talked down to me, belittled me, and insisted that if I was security I should simply detain him, which by law I am not currently permitted to do, we cooperate with local police for such instances. I hung up on him out of frustration.



Additionally? This cab, cab #059 has committed this infraction twice tonight, and multiple times prior, also confirmed to commit this infraction on our premises last week as well.



When your company does this to my place of work, it forces me to call the police myself, the person becomes angry that they cannot enter and oftentimes, they are arrested and charged. If you cabbie would simply call the police himself and flag the plates, it would make our workplace much more productive, instead of forcing me to FOLLOW your cabs off of property just to ensure they don't think I'm so stupid they'll do a U-turn right back onto the lot.



I will NEVER trust your cab service to anybody's well-being, not my own, and not any of my patrons, no matter how sober they are. I will continue to post this review across all public channels because frankly, your phone center can't even speak proper english, and is RUDE. So I will use this method of communication to let you know your driver, and your company are unethical, dangerous, and unsafe to use. People need to be informed of your practices.



Please, to make my job easier, DO NOT SEND that cab back to us EVER AGAIN.

Not open, but returned call

My husband called at 10:45 pm got vm, did not leave a message. We started calling other tow companies. At 10:59 pm we got a return call from Linden Towing to see why we were calling. We told them that we needed a tow and were told that they weren't open. So if you are not open why would you return a phone call from someone who did not leave a voicemail?!
