I went in yesterday morning to sell 3 items. Before I even got there, I was told by a female employee that I would get an offer. I went to the buy counter and set my items down and a bald headed man looked at them. I was then told "I'm not accepting anything, bye." That was inexcusable, he was extremely rude to me for no reason. I went in years ago and if I remember correctly was treated harshly by the same individual. There is a right way and a wrong way to do business, and that jerk was doing it wrong. So they will never get my business again. So if you do go in to sell be prepared to deal with what I did.

The only pawn show I will go to very nice people and very reasonable with what they can offer you for what you have witch is usally half of what they can make off it but I like there service so I will continue to come here thanks for everything you guys are wounderfull people

Very rude staff. Offered $75 on an iPad. I tried to get $100. Staff that I was not working with interrupted and started telling me off for getting more. I have 3 things on loan there, and with the way these people act, I fear for the stuff I have there. I wouldn't out it past then to damage it. Luckily, I took pictures of my PRS Custom 22 Artist Ruby guitar right before I took before I pawned it. If there is any damage, I have proof that it was pristine before getting a loan. Little bald guy thinks he is on Pawn Stars or something. The woman in there has an attitude and has told off others customers while I have been there. The old man likes to run his mouth when your transaction has nothing to do with him. I understand this is a business, but a little decency and courtesy would go a long way towards creating an environment that is conducive to doing business. If you wish to be treated poorly, by all means, go here. I, for one, will not.

This place is huge!! It has alot of neat things to purchase and look at. Everyone there is friendly. This is a great place to check out!!
