The people in the location are okay. They do however lack in proper customer service. Now, if for whatever reason you lose your job, prepare to be called practically HOURLY no matter what day it is. I lost my job due to medical issues and when I try to talk to them to work a deal on arrangements, they say to "sell yourself on the corner." This company has become a JOKE when it comes to customer service. They're garbage, though this is in no way a direct reflection of the employees at this office, but corporate is a different story. STAY AWAY!
