After a failed cervical fusion from another neurosurgeon, Dr. Karas performed surgery on my neck to correct the problem. The result has been wonderful. He has an excellent bedside manner and is quite professional and caring. Dr. Karas is very understanding of the importance of pain control. I recommend him highly!
