I've work inside this salon and let me say .... It's a assembly line nail salon... Tammy the Owner is very overly priced and rude. Her service is only Quantity over Quality job!!!! Her nails tech never stay long with her because she's rude. Let me scoop you in about her services:
**Waxing: They DOUBLE DIP the WAX ... If a customers has acne for instance and is bleeding .. U are now also contaminated !!!
And if you are waxed in a closed room the SAME wax that they wax under the ARMS, & PRIVATE area is now on your FACE!!!!!
**Pedicures: are ONLY clean with Bleach on Saturday nights ! Dead skin is everywhere especially in the cracks and jets.
**Acrylic nails : they use files and buffers on hands and feet ! Needless to say ... When they file your nails it's been used on someone feet prior !!!! YUKK
** Facial: needless to say ... Facial does NOT belong in a nail salon
**{ Donna Ho is not license to wax !! Any how Please Double Check if her nail tech have a valid license in the first place}
POINT BLANK .... STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE

DISCRIMINATION! A client with developmental disabilities was treated poorly (harsh waxing - to the point that she needed to go to the HOSPITAL, rude service-provider) and when I called, the manager said they only provide services to “NORMAL PEOPLE” and to never send her back here. They refused to provide any kind of refund or service voucher. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst place ever!They r so rude.I was told the wait was 10 mins.nope-1 hr.Then,Tammy went on 2 tell me she needed 2 soak nails off,rather than remove.Translation:we need 2stall so we can do 4 others.Next,Tammy decided cuttin my nail bed is ok.I stayed cuz I had invested 1.75 hrs,n she removed my old set.I kept quiet,only speakin 2 tell her I liked my nails done w/a curve n the middle n a square tip.Now 3hrs n,she was done.So I said I'd like a little more curve.She got loud and said,"4 that u need curve tip.I already don't charge xtra."Xtra 4 what u c#nt?I should b chargin her.I insisted,n she so called added more curve.She started 2 buff,but,I had 2 stop her.There was product left under tips,N 1 of the nails had a crooked edge separatin the bed n tip.She acted "annoyed" that she had 2 stop n do her job correctly.So she figured that she would get me back by tellin me it would b extra $2 2 buff.Now finishin isn't a part of finishin?Seriously,don't waste ur $ on this place.

Nails look good I had never been to ck nails before , Tammy provided very rushed service I wasn't greeted when I walked in . Tammy cut me twice And didn't apologize to me once , over all a very bad experience I will not be visiting again
