We used CSI for home infusion (TPN) from January 2016 until November 2016 and were pleased with how easy it was to work with them, make changes, schedule deliveries, and replace equipment. They made the whole TPN process simple and worry free. Thank you, CSI.

The usual turn around time for CSI to pay claims is 6 months; sometimes a year. This is after requesting resolution several times. Each resolution takes 2 months before we receive response. We would rather take a reduced payment from working directly with insurance companies than work with them. The only reason we use CSI at all is when it directly benefits our patients. I feel CSI is completely unreliable and disappointing.
