City of Columbus Department of Development operates under the government of the city of Columbus in Ohio. The department operates through building services, economic development, land redevelopment, neighborhood services, planning and housing divisions, as well as the director's office. Its land redevelopment division acquires properties through tax delinquency and donation and receives surplus from other city departments and outside agencies.
