This taxi company is the most unsafe and worst in town. I had one of their drivers pick me at the airport around midnight on 12/15/19 and he was rude, aggressive, and even threatened me for asking him a simple question about the fare since I was used to Uber. I left his car and ask for another taxi but he still kept harassing and threatening me despite knowing that I was even military. His car number was 580 and I’ve been trying to speak to someone at their base or office ever since but no one answers the phone. I fear for anyone vulnerable and defenseless person who that driver will drive late at night. I kept desperately trying to talk to their managers but again no response after 10 days of calling daily. Please know that u on your own when u ride with this company because they don’t care about how their drivers treat u or if their customers r safe or not. I bet there r many people who had such experiences but has not been able to report their concerns especially with that violent driver.

I made a reservation hours in advance. You confirmed the res. online. YOU NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW UP.

Does not arrive on time even when scheduling the night before. Person driving vehicle 103 on 03/31/2015 was a terrible driver and had the nerve to have an attitude
