I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them no stars this place is the worse dentist I've ever been to in my life terrible customer service and a filthy office I've even been hung up on by a staff member never in my life had worse service!

When a doctor says..I know..I know hes never been to a dentist before..he is saying ur poor and I heard all the stories bout poor people teeth...well we r not poor even compared to the kardashins..the doctors that treated myself and family r the worse kind of poor..they have no respect for their patients..one review stated they r rough..that is true..dentist adjusted my chair in such a brash manner he hurt my back..and as we know management sets the tone for the staff...there r a few staff members who definitely answer to a higher power ...also they overcharged me..according to my eobs...brought it to their attn..said I have a 95 dollar credit balance..y would I want a credit balance to b on their books until our nxt visit..which will b NEVER...sure every business wants to make money...comfort dentist is a franchise dental office so thats y 20 people have the same appt..myself, kids and husband will never return to this dental warehouse..beware..they only care bout volume...take ur time find a dentist whose hours r not like a fast food restaurant. ..and the most important. .find a dentistt who cares bout u and ur teeth

I have never been more happier with a dentist office than I am here. My dentist Dr. Henderson is great he tells u ur option as a patients and does everything he can to get you things that needs to be taken care of. my first dentist office did a botched job on a crown he got the insurance company to approve for another one. I recommended this place.
