I attempted to make an appointment and the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She tolde that she needed to verify information from the insurance company, yet when I asked a question about the insurance she told me to call and find myself. I didn't have any understanding of that because she had to call the insurance company anyway, so why not kill two birds with one stone. Instead she chose to use a very condescending tone and said, "you can call them for yourself." I asked her to delete the info of my child and I because such treatment is unacceptable. I heard the dentist is very good, however, as long as these are the people representing his front line, then he's probably missing out on a lot of business.

Dr. Mindy is aaaaamazing, she and her assistant are the perfect team. My 8 yr old had a terrible experience with his last dentist, so of course we were apprehensive with this one. NO NEED TO BE!!! They were awesome to him, he was completely relaxed and felt no pain through the whole filling. I will definitely be taking him back....the 30+ min drive is well worth it for our peace of mind! Thanx M&M girls!

My daughter would not take out her baby teeth by herself, she would wait until one of the dentists would do it for her. Amazing that she has so much trust in her dentist.
