My name is Eric Waldron, the owner/chief inspector of Eri-Ka Inspection Services LLC serving the central Ohio region. I can provide a professional analysis of any home for you or your clients needs. You will find my services are second to none.   I am a full service home inspector. I have over 25 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Within that time I have had hands on application of all phases of construction, thus understanding how a structure is assembled and operates from foundation to roof.   In addition, I have multiple certifications through InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and am classified as a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector).
