Our agent always had a smile on her face. I know I worked her nerves with the emails and listings but she went through every one. She always returned calls rarely if ever I had to leave a message. she was such a wonderful individual. she also had a genuine heart and helped me in every way that she could. I feel that If it was not for her going into my new home would not have been possible. Exit Trinity Realty was a God send and she was a blessing to me. I will never meet another person like her.

My wife and I don't have enough good things to say about Exit Trinity Realty. They made the entire process very seamless. We were in a unique position of finding our condo right away, and happen to go into contract on our house that we were selling and the condo we were purchasing on the same day. It is easy to get confused on paperwork when doing two transactions at the same time, but they were so organized and on top of everything. they utilized electronic signatures as much as possible, which was very helpful for me and my husband due to conflicting work schedules. During the process our main concern was having to move twice, because we were unsure if we could have our closing dates for both properties on the same day, but Donato made it happen! We would definitely use Them in the future but we may not have to since they found us such a great property! HOWEVER, we would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a great brokerage!

For property management, Exit Trinity Realty is a horrible company. They are incredibly unprofessional. For example, they ask cleaning

staff, hired by the owner, to show the home to rental applicants so that they do not have to stay on the property. They provide horrible

account information, with comments like “we are not making money” or “it's not worth our time”. In addition they are unprofessional to the tenants as well. For example one tenant scheduled a time to pick up keys from the office. Once they arrived the management company did not have the keys made. The tenant was asked to come back later that day.

The management company called the tenant and said to pick up the keys from another office in the same building as they (the management) company were leaving early for the day. Do not use their property

management services.
