I experienced excellent customer service. This company has integrity which is sadly rare these days.

I took my 1-year-old son to play at Galaxy today, and we had a great time! There was plenty to do, lots of supervision, the kids were all very well behaved, and everyone seemed to be having a ball. The prices are completely reasonable (cheap, even!) and the two staff members I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful. I plan on going back for sure, and I am positive once my son is a little bit older, we will be having birthday parties there! My only complaint is that it's a little bit of a drive for me, but based on what is closer to my home, it is totally worth the drive!

This is the best place to heve your childs birthday party and not be stressed out about anything. The big play area and video games and mini golf all in one spot is the best idea ever. I have had 4 of my kids birthday parties here and have had a very good time and so have they.
