I scheduled an appointment a day in advance to have a windshield put in my car the next day. They told me between 9am-5pm. They said the installer would call 45 minutes in advance. Never got a call. The installer never showed up. I called in a couple times to try to find out what's up, and go nowhere. Finally talked to the manager, who was very indifferent to the situation, and really did not care. It was after 5pm. Said he had no idea where the guy was.No effort to make it right, no apologies, seems like they really don't want or need the business, so I will go elsewhere. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. It's no wonder the reviews are turned off on their Facebook page.

I had a wonderful experience at Glass Masters! I Paid 123.00 for my windshield, and I got and extra ten bucks off for the internet special. I was in and out in 45 mins! They will get my business again

My passager side power window was broken during the winter. It fell down into the door. I paid Safelite Auto Glass $40 just to "pin" the window up. They quoted $1000 to fix it. Glass Masters repaired it for less than 40% of that. I made an appointment with Gary and the work was done as scheduled.

I asked to speak to a manager to resolve this issue and she told me she was the manager. So, by luck I call and get a manager on the line. Really!! Then they kept calling my phone back after abruptly putting me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence. Horrible, Horrible service. Don't waste you time.

I called to get a quote on a replacement glass and these people were so unprofessional. I will not be using the service. They acted as if I was bothering them by calling in about service. If the reps are bad the service is bad. Made my bad day even worse.
