I specialize in treating shoulder, elbow and knee disorders and injuries for all age groups and advocate for treating orthopedic injuries in the least invasive way possible. It starts with looking at non-operative approaches and, if surgery is needed, we use the most minimally invasive arthroscopic technique enjoy teaching medical students, residents and fellows about the newest advances in keeping joints healthy and functioning. As an outdoor enthusiast, I'm passionate about getting individuals back to the physical activities they enjoy and sharing this passion with future physicians. Additionally, I've spent time in South America, Japan and Europe giving lectures and observing local orthopedic surgeries. In my spare time, I enjoy extreme skiing and mountain biking. I have completed Colorado's Leadville 100 Mile Mountain Bike Race, widely regarded as the top and most grueling mountain bike race in North America, as well as New York's Whiteface Mountain-Wilmington 100K mountain bike race multiple times.
