If you have a traumatic injury to your hands; you should count your blessings if you get one of these doctors. I crushed all of my fingers (both hands). I owe everything I can do to Dr. Nappi and the rehab staff. If you put in the work and do as instructed you will be amazed at the results of this team.

After waiting 50 minutes beyond my 9:30 AM appointment, I asked if something unexpected was causing Dr James Nappi to be late. I was told "no" so I left. To be this far behing so early in the day must be due to extreme over booking

Stay away and find another Dr. This place has dishonest staff, ever changing stories, waiting on appointments to be schedule that were never scheduled. No communication nor any Dr. to patient communication. VERY UNPROFESIIONAL STAFF. Worry more about money then patient.

My husband went to this "specialist" after a hand injury with a large piece of glass that was in his right hand. The staff was very rude and the doctor was talking on two ear pieces while seeing my husband. He was told that the piece that was left in his hand was like a piece of shrapnel and could be left in there. The glass was lodged in his muscle and every time he bumped it or moved his hand it dropped him to his knees. We didn't reschedule another apt with them and went to our family doctor instead. They got us an apt with a specialist at children's hospital and they got the glass out and now his hand is able to finally heal. Before going to Children's I went on there to get copies of the 8 x-rays that they took. They came out with only 2 x-rays (bad copies at best) and said that was all they had. They wanted me to pay $20.00 for x-rays that we had already paid for and when I asked where the other x-rays were they said that they didn't have any more. The staff was very rude to me and I would not recommend anyone to go to this doctor.

excellent Doctor

My husband had a hand injury that other doctors told him that he would lose his fingers. Dr. Paul Cook did the surgery and reconstructed my husbands knuckles and reattached his fingers. I was overly impressed by his ability and his attitude toward my husband and myself. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone who has a hand problem or injury.

Outstanding

I was totally impressed with the patient/physician relationship I received from Dr. Paul Cook at Hand and Microsurgery Associates. I now have complete use of both my hands which I didn't have for several years. I was unable to open a bottled water and now have full use. I would highly recommend these surgeons
