Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Our exterior AC unit quit working on a Saturday morning. I called at 8:21am on 7/6. Someone that seemed to be with the company (not the answering service) took my call and said they had 2/3 techs out working, took all of my information, and said a tech would be out shortly, and would call 30 minutes before they came.

We hadn’t seen anyone at 3:30pm so I called back and got their answering service. I was told that I could be provided emergency services. I told them I had already spoken with the company and someone was supposed to be on their way out to work on our AC. The answering service said they would follow up. At 6:45pm I called again and was told no one would be out until 6/23.

I spent an entire day waiting on the company and they provided zero follow up. I would not recommend using them for any service. They do not value their customers. Had they told me they were too busy or service wasn’t available I could have resolved this so many other ways. Super frustrating.
