When you go to the nail spa or any other spa for that matter, you expect a pleasant, relaxing experience and friendly staff. That is not what you get at Hot Tips. There is one man in particular at station 10 whose customer service is just terrible. So terrible that I felt the need to speak to the manager about his nasty attitude. What did the manager say? "Awww sorry, I hope you feel better."



I would not recommend this place whatsoever!
