This place sucks ...I swear dog food is better ....the proportions suck the food was cold and the service sucked took45 mins to even be served our food ...never again will I ever take my family there everyone there should be fired !!! I've ate ihop many of times south Carolina and other locations in Ohio and the service and food , proportions were excellent!,,,,,,,, I hope u think before taking your family to the ihop on rome.-hillard road location

I have been to this location twice. The first time my crepes were greasy and crunchy. My next visit the restaurant was not that busy but the wait for our food was exceptionally long. Once we did receive our meal my husband's chicken sandwich was served with under cooked and slimy chicken. We were then charged for an additional drink. In their defense they did take my husband's meal off the check and corrected the mistake on the drink. My 8 year old even mentioned how bad the service was. I am thinking we might be going somewhere else the next time we want breakfast for dinner.

Good food and great service! So happy to have IHOP in Columbus finally. Keep up the good work IHOPers!!
