Provided by YPmobileI go to the morse road location fairly often, and i have never had an issue. The staff there is always courteous and professional and never have been rude to me. Most of the pets i own are from that location which are 2 bunnies, 1 bearded dragon, and a leopard gecko. I buy the best crickets in town from those guys and that is also where i but my dogs food! Love that store!

Provided by YPmobileI got three rabbits for pets for mymy kids. T
The first died suddenly. And have no reason way. So we went a got my son a second one. Less then two weeks later the second bunny back legs went out. I called the jack pets on easton where we got them. And the manager was trying to blame jt one us and was very riandde and was very ruff with the hurt bunny. Made my son cry and didnt care. But we got a three bunny. That belong to a employee that couldnt keep he anymore. But yet she is just fine. There has gotot to be something going on with there animals there. I will be contacting the corp office on this Monday. Also, i decide to investigate a little. So I called the one in graceland. And a employee tol me that the breed of rabbits back legs go out quiet often. I will never buy another thing from Jack's pets again.

Provided by YP.comWe witnessed a sales person sell a pet bunny to a man who came in stating he was buying it to feed to his pet snake & no employee protested it.
My children, ages 11 and 14 are huge animal lovers like me and asked for guinea pigs for Christmas. Rescues are hard to find, so we went to the Jack's store at Easton, here in Columbus to look at the guinea pigs.
While there, a man came in asking for a rabbit. He picked out an adorable black and white dwarf bunny & we overheard him say he was planning on feeding it to his snake & he gets a bunny every month for just this purpose. As animal lovers, you can imagine the horror we felt when we witnessed this event. I was appalled that none of your sale people would object to selling a pet bunny as a feeder for a snake. The sale took place at about 4 pm on Monday, December 13, 2010. The salesperson who sold him the bunny was a young guy & there were 2 other female employees there.
FOLLOW UP:
I recently just contacted the president/CEO of this company and he told me that their policy prohibits the selling of pets as food. He said they are a family owned pet store and would never allow that. He said he is sorry many times. Also, one of the corporate managers for jacks pets was sent to the store to "deal with the situation." They said that it will be dealt with and will not happen again. So although I am still upset about what happened I do want to acknowledge the fact that the CEO was very sorry and sincere about this problem and fixed it and that in their policy it does not allow the selling of pets as food other than feeder rats and frozen mice and rats.
