I moved to the area and was looking for someone to do my hair. My previous salon charged $80 a cut and did a great job, so initially price wasn't a big issue.

I booked an appt in the Gahanna/New Albany location.

I showed up for my appt on time yet had to wait about 35 minutes. During this time i SHOULD HAVE left. Finally the stylist took me to her chair and apologized for the wait. I started telling her what I wanted and she got started. There were 3 interruptions by other stylists/shampoo girls. She left me sitting in the chair twice. I was starting to get annoyed at this time. The salon seemed to be an overbooked, chaotic mess. She finished the cut extremely fast and started to blow it out because she had one customer with color waiting and another in the waiting room. My hair was still damp when I got up to leave but I just wanted to get out. I paid and went home. My husband said "Why is your hair crooked?" Sure enough my cut was lopsided. Had to go down the street to a cheap chain to fix it. Overall, I could have gone to the cheap place first and had the same experience. Waste of my time, money and my poor hair!

Would never repeat, recommend! Overpriced salon and definitely NOT "UPSCALE"!
