GREAT Place to Work Out

Unless you want to pay an exhorbitant amt of money, you won't find a better place. Buildings are kept clean, lots of different kinds of equipment...including ellipticals, treadmills, fitness balls, rollers, wt machines. VERY professional trainers...not just people that are "fit"..people that know what they are doing, and know the human body.
