Provided by YP.comKrista is one of the BEST eyelash technicians in the city and her prices are awesome. She's extremely talented and does an amazing job where I have received nothing but compliments from individuals who have seen them.
I have used Lucy Noelle as well for my spray tans a few times. Both times I used her spray tan I won my figure competitions! My complexion on stage was awesome! The staff is friendly and Krista continues to work hard to make sure that Lucy Noelle serves it clients first, Lucy Noelle is growing and will continue to grow. I loved going to Krista for my lashes and will continue to do so.

Provided by YPmobileI received a mani pedi from Ciara from a groupon and I felt like I was hanging with friends. It is a more personal "mom n pop" type of salon but I found I enjoyed it more than the stuffy stares and smirks of the typical Dublin spas I frequent. I'll go back and save money on all my services because they do everything.

Provided by YPmobileThe staff is very friendly and talented. The nail tech Alison and the owner Krista are the best in Columbus at what they do. Do not judge a book by its cover. This salon is less than two years old and growing so they aren't in the greatest building but if you can get past that which they cannot control you will believe and begin to support these woman. They are excellent in what they do and treat us like family. They are moving to a new location this year and I'm sure these judgemental comments will change. I had a groupon and received the best massage ever from Toya. I've since been back to get nails by Ali and lashes by Krista. I am a supporter for life. I don't need a fancy building and high prices to get the best results in Columbus Ohio.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO to this buisness. the name and brochure Iis the only nice thing about this business. Not the real techs in the picture! Entering the building you have to step over a child that was looking at TV. Not train, teeth missing un profesional . Service poor. I receive a manicure and polish was old , hands swell due to poor manicure. Call the owner and was to busy to talk promise to call me back .ll never did after two attempts. Request my money back. Do not go ! I was not able to give this business a 1/4 of star so the star rating is for the nerve of them to stay open. The two postive rating that was given one of the techs given to make them look good.

As a business owner myself, I’m always cognizant of how others run their operations, and I must say, this place has to be the most unprofessional salon I’ve EVER been to. What’s most surprising is the lack of professionalism comes from the OWNER herself, which is an EPIC FAIL! I went to Lucy Noelle to get semi-permanent lashes. When the stylist began to apply the lashes, my eyes started to react. They became irritated and flooded with tears profusely. The stylist eventually got help from the owner. The owner came in and stated everything was fine. She took over and talked about her expertise and how I was in “good hands”.
During this time, she proceeded to remove crystalized portions to re-apply new lashes in the area. All the while, my eyes continued to pour tears (and itch nonstop). I explained to the owner that my eyes were irritated because of the ongoing manipulation (scraping w/bond remover) and that it was time to stop the service. The owner continued to recount her years of service and stated I couldn’t leave until the application was completed properly. A debate ensued with the owner raising her voice to argue with me over when the service should be concluded. She proceeded to say this was probably my first time and I was nervous; when in fact, I’ve been getting lashes for years and never had this type of reaction.
What’s even worse, after leaving the salon, my eyes NEVER stopped seeping tears – after a couple of days, they started to swell and appeared infected (similar to pink eye). The following week, I went to another salon and had them removed. The stylist stated that Lucy Noelle used too much glue and placed the glue/lashes too close to my eyes. The stylist repeatedly questioned the type of glue used because she had a difficult time removing, which she stated should never occur. Even the manipulation at the other salon was different; they were sensitive and gentle throughout the process, opposite from the scraping at Lucy Noelle. After removing the glue (and losing my real lashes), there was immediate relief. However while the puffiness has reduced, my eyes STILL haven't reverted back to their original state. I definitely had a reaction of some sort. The OWNER provided BAD customer service. Finishing the job overrode client safety and comfort. This was my first and LAST TIME patronizing this salon.

Provided by YP.comAfter buying this groupon, I had trouble trying to schedule an appointment, as the phone was rarely answered during business hours. After finally making an appointment, I had one dramatic ordeal.My appointment was scheduled at 10:00am. I arrived at 9:45 and the place was not open, even though they were supposed to open at 9. Who I am assuming was the owner, arrived at 10:05, opened the door, let one of the workers in, and told her she was leaving and would be back sometime. The worker told me, it was only her 2nd day there and had no clue how to open the place, let alone give me a massage in the back, when there was no one to staff the front area. She also said she did not feel safe in that neighborhood doing so. At this point, the worker told me that the entire place in unprofessional and that she shouldn't have to deal with the owner just showing up and leaving and that it put her in a hard spot because she couldn't start her appointment with me (which I agree, as it also put me at an inconvenience.) Then, the worker quit. There was no one else at the store for me to attempt to reschedule (had I even wanted to) or even talk to. The place was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been in, and I do not blame the worker for quitting, but rather the owner for her handling of her own business. I was very disappointed, as I was looking forward to a "spa day" with a massage, mani, pedi and facial.

Provided by YP.comSo for our anniversary I gave my wife the credit card(big mistake lol), and told her to get whatever she wants done. Long story short...she came back glowing! She had a great time and could not stop talking about how happy she was that she went. She said they do it all...nails, hair, wraps, facials, tanning, and even teeth whitening. The reason this is relevant to me is because is a happy wife leads to a happy home for me!! She raved about it and said she definitely wanted to go back.
