This place is disgusting it had so much dust and dead bugs laying in the corner. My bed sheets was nasty with fresh sticky jelly on them. The place smelled like urine. The people tried to give me the wrong medicine not one time but 3 different times. They also tried to with hold my medicine from me needless to say I had to call my daughter to get me the hell out of here! For this to be located in Whitehall I know they can do a much better job than this. I would recommend anyone to look at these places before you have surgery because it just may save you time money and disappointment and possibly your life!

I was a patient in this Facility for 2 months. Overall the service was good. Most of the nursing staff were pleasant and helpful. I was to have Therapy for a fractured ankle. The therapist were knowledgeable and caring. I truly felt blessed to have met such a group. I feel like I came home 10x Stronger! The facilty was essentially clean. The food was really pretty descent. The upper management seemed to listen if there were concerns. I would definitely recommend Manor of awhitehall for Rehab!

I think this place is the pits! First off...it smells. I've worked for a company cleaning portable toilets for special events, construction sites, etc... so I have a pretty strong stomach. I've worked in Chicago for the Jazz Fest & Rib Fest in 100* plus degree weather where thousands of people used the unit, and it can get rotten! But this place turned my stomach, the smell never went away. Meds are'nt given at night if you're sleeping, they won't wake you. The food I got was'nt good at all, no taste. They feed you late, forget to feed you, feed the guy next to you and you wait...and wait. About 90 mins later they come and take away his tray, they never ask for yours...you have to ask to get fed! You try and get a nurse and you wait forever, even when the nurses station is a few feet away. The nurses seem like they don't have clue. They don't have "Skilled Care Nurses" either, certified ones to change deep wound bandages. They did'nt have supplies. I waited over 3 hours to get a bandage changed...hey didn't ever come to do it. That did it for me...I was leaving! And they have the nerve to say they have people waiting to get in there when I told them I was leaving...snotty attitude. My advice...go somewhere else if you love them...leave then if you don't.
