I feel the one star this company is receiving from me is much more than they deserve, but unfortunately this will not allow me to do 0 stars. I had a leak under my sink, it was not a terrible leak, which is good since it took them a week to send a technician out, but it was covered by my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but to wait. When the technician finally arrived, he "fixed" the problem under the sink and went on his way, but that evening when I went to run my dishwasher, it didn't drain. I assumed it was a problem with the dishwasher so I did some investigating only to find that when I disconnected the dishwasher drain hose that it drained with no problem, so clearly it was a problem with the drain pipe that the technician "fixed". I called the next business day and told them what was going on and they sent the same tech out again, who just said "it wasn't anything I did, your dishwasher is broken" Now I have to wait for the appliance repair company the home warranty company is sending out to come out and tell me my dishwasher is fine only to have to wait longer for another competent plumber to come out and fix what these people broke. Oh did I mention there is a leak under my sink again.
