I came here with my friend for a perm today and from the moment we walked in they treated us different than they would a reg costumer because we have our own style and personality about what we want . I was upset with that whole situation then they put girls who had no experience with perms on my hair they had no idea what they were doing !! My hair was washed with cold water and I frooze to death. The ladies laughed and taunted other customers while doing my hair when all was finished it was not what I wanted at all ! I will never be back ever! They used scolding hot water to wash friends hair she freaked out because they burnt her scalp then tried to use ice cold water it was disasterous! We will never ever recommend this place to anyone it's cheap for a reason ... Never come here !!

The school and the quality of services, Instructors and professionalism are not the same as when I went to the NBA in the Great Eastern Shopping Center years ago, but since Ohio State bought the NBA schools the quality of the services you receive are not as good or Instructors.
