after trying to confirm an appointment I have come to the conclusion that within this organization the right hand does know what the left hand is doing. working with this hospital is impossible - they don't return phone calls as promised, they constantly are providing unreliable scheduling information I would not recommend this hospital to anybody. if trying to get service is this hard how good can their treatment be? went to Cleveland clinic easy scheduling prompt response and they actually return phone calls when they say they will, will never use the james again
