Pack a suit case and take a your lunch, the staff in this office does care about you as patient. Your appointment means nothing to them, they will put other patients right off of the street into the room so Dr. Star sees them first, be perpared!! I had a 2:00pm appointment, they ran the test, then told me I had to go back out in the front waitting room, they did not have a room for me to go into to see the Dr. I never got to see the Dr. I sat in the front waitting room for over 2 hours, then I told the the woman behind the glass I was done and told them I would file a complaint about the service I received from this office and this complaint will be just the begining. DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM THIS STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
