PDQ just finished our bathroom remodel and we couldn't have been happier. The job was actually finished a day ahead of schedule. This was a very expensive renovation and we went with PDQ because they did our kitchen counters and floors a few years back. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer but we have been really happy with their work and will use them again for our guest bath.

We hired PDQ for our master bathroom renovation. They led us to believe they had a portfolio of successful high end projects. While we were satisfied with the final product, a streamlined process and professionalism were lacking. We asked several times for a schedule so that we could plan accordingly for access to our home, but the work was completed in a haphazard sequence. Throughout the process, several mistakes were made, but when we attempted to point them out, PDQ's owner went on the defense instead of constructively working with us to find a solution that we were all satisfied with. PDQ's owner underbid the project, and instead of taking an honest approach and telling us this was the case, he tacked on a surcharge for "difficulty" of the project. When we asked him to provide an itemized invoice showing the "difficulties" and how he arrived at the extra charges, he acted in a childish manner, attempted to storm out the door, and threatened a lien on our property. In the end, we paid his surcharge in order to get him out of our house and move on. We will not hire PDQ again.
