Took a cab to the columbus commons early on a Saturday night from Polaris. Driver was swerving in and out of traffic dangerously and almost hit a bike rider. I can live with the items mentioned, however he drove around downtown aimlessly and claimed he's never heard of the commons. We never hit traffic except when he wanted to "detour" down high street through the short north on a busy Saturday night. After finally getting to the commons the total ended up being $49.50 after all was said and done. I gave him $40 which is the upper average of what I usually pay and told him that's more than what he deserved. He decided to call the police and we needed to get the law involved to resolve the problem. Needless to say, avoid this cab service at all costs.

Terrible. I called at 11:00 am when I had to be at work at 11:30, at 11:25 the driver called me had no idea where he was, could barely speak english and asked me repeatedly what my address was! I told him it over and over again and it had gotten to 11:45 when I called him and said forget it. NEVER again.
