The whole firm is professional, polite and are there when needed. I really did not want to have to file for bankruptcy again but due to things as they were I had not option, both Erin and Ryan were very helpful and there whenever I need a question answered. I am pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I filed for bankruptcy a couple. I feel like after the bankruptcy was over I couldn't get the answers I needed. Wouldn't recommend them. I feel they could have helped me more.

I paid them $875 in February 2014 and a $100 retainer a few months before that. I had not had any contact with that firm until a couple days before we retained a different lawyers services due to poor legal advice on their end about filing a chapter seven and then dismissing the case a year later and filing a chapter seven. It was costly and made no sense.The meeting we all had two days before we retained new legal devices lasted maybe 30 minutes. No documents were signed,no petitions, and they just took a copy of the paperwork I just worked on that weekend of who we owed and our debt.My husband and I left because we did not like what they were telling us to do. Two days later we found different council and retained there services and went to their Columbus location and asked for a refund and they directed us to write a hand written letter to the Clevalnd office. A while later we received a refund for 25% of the legal fees. I can understand them keeping 15% of the $975 but not 75%. They didn't do anything. I thought prepaying my bankruptcy would be easier but I got scammed. Don't use this company in any area or location. I called and talked to the person in charge of refunds and never got a call back. I am highly upset.
