Originally opening the concept in Chicago in 2011, expanding to Ann Arbor in 2014 and Columbus in 2020. Slurping Turtle combines unique ingredients, recipes and presentation in addition to making homemade ramen noodles in house. The turtle symbolizes longevity and good luck in Japanese culture.
