They enter your apartment without notice frequently and are always giving you inspections and never telling you the right date. They just had an so call HUD inspection a month or two ago with no one from HUD there. They just like look in your stuff and see what you got and see how you live. One person said the manger was in the refrigerator and said something about cleaning it up in side. See that's the stuff I'm talking about What is she doing in her refrigerator and who is she to comment and tell her to clean it up. A skunk is the apartment pet. You have to watch out for it when you come in or out at night. Don't take your trash out after dark or walk down the side walks it might get you. Come on buy and smell for your self at night.You would think they would take care of that Cameras everywhere. always watching your every move. Yea there is little or no crime on property but it was not much before they added camera. Basketball court with no goals swings with no swings and they keep raising the rent. Money hungry a** holes. If you don't answer the door a few knock there in your apartment.The manger gossips with tenants about other tenants. Don't move in there if you don't have to.
